Race Map

Here’s the race map for HYROX Barcelona:

HYROX Barcelona, April 2025 race map
HYROX Barcelona race map for April 25-27, 2025

Station Order: This is a pretty standard 2-loop course in an oval format, with stations 1-4 in order, the wall balls near the middle of the venue, followed by stations 5 & 7, and the farmer’s carry (station 6) positioned at the very end.

Course Crossing: There is one course crossing for spectators (and for the athletes to exit the venue). It’s unclear if there is a separate athlete entrance.

Water Stations: There are usually 1 or 2 water stations located inside the Roxzone, but none are listed on this map. Be careful as the floor is often slippery around this area.

Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms located just outside of the race area.

Run Laps

  • Runs 1-8: 2 laps
  • Farmer’s Carry: All athletes must perform 2 LAPS of the farmer’s carry course

Results

So who won each division at HYROX Barcelona 2025?

We’ve included the overall results below, regardless of age group. To see who podiumed in each age group, please see the official results.

Women’s Pro

162 women competed for a spot in the Elite 15 in the Women’s Pro division at HYROX Barcelona.

  • The top 6 finishers were all from different countries
  • We saw one familiar name and 2 newer names on the podium
  • Each podium spot was taken by a different age group

Emilie Dahmen 🇳🇱 took the top spot in 1:01:10. Emilie has only been racing since October of 2024. This was her 3rd Pro race in less than a year of racing HYROX.

Sinéad Bent 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 finished in 2nd with a time of 1:02:13. Sinéad was the former world record holder in the Women’s Open division. This was only her 3rd Pro race, but she drastically improved each time, going from a 1:09:11 to a 1:04:52 to her new personal best of 1:02:13. In her two previous Pro races, she was 1st place in both, beating out the likes of Camilla Massa & Rebecca Naether.

Melanie Maurer 🇨🇭 took the final qualifying spot in 1:03:20, beating out fan favorite and 2022 World Champion, Kris Rugloski, by 4 seconds 🤯. Melanie has also been racing for less than a year, and this was her 4th Pro race.

😀 It’s great to see some new faces, and relative rookies entering the Elite 15 this year.
