HYROX is coming back to Sydney, Australia for the 3rd time; this time even bigger and better than before. The 2025 HYROX Sydney will be the first ever 3-day event in Australia, hosted once again at the Sydney Showground in Sydney Olympic Park.
HYROX Sydney 2025 takes place Friday through Sunday from July 4-6, 2025.

The Sydney Showground has hosted HYROX each of the last 2 years, and it returns once again to Sydney Olympic Park for the third year in a row.

Waitlist
Is there a waitlist for HYROX Sydney?
There is no waitlist that we are aware of.
Resale Tickets
Unlike previous years, for the 2025/26 season, you cannot get tickets from a third-party. You must buy tickets directly from HYROX.
Registration
On-site registration opens for each division 90 minutes before the first start wave of that division.
- You must bring a photo ID
- Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed
- You can only register on the day that you are competing
Race Map
The race map for HYROX Sydney 2025 will be available about a week before the event.
Run Laps
- Run laps will be released when we have the official race map

It’s still a bit early to preview the race, but once we have the official start list, we’ll talk about some of the big names competing at HYROX Sydney.

Spectators
Spectator tickets for HYROX Sydney 2025 are A$25 per day. A 3-day pass is also available for a discount.
All spectator tickets are still available at this time.

Children under 12 do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult.
