HYROX is back in Cologne, and it’s bigger and better than ever. Due to popular demand, they have added Thursday, April 10th as an extra day of racing. HYROX promises a fitness extravaganza at the world’s leading trade show for fitness—FIBO—in the heart of Cologne.
All registered athletes will enjoy full access to the FIBO fitness fair throughout the entire weekend (Thursday to Sunday).

HYROX Cologne Race Map
Here’s the race map for the event. It’s a bit different so there are a few things to note:
- Station 8, wall balls, is NOT located in the Roxzone with the other 7 stations. It’s in its own area.
- You go LEFT to enter the Roxzone for stations 1-7. You go RIGHT to enter station 8, wall balls.
- The yellow rectangles with stripes are course crossings. There are 3 in total.

Run Laps
- Run 1: 2.5 Laps: Go IN the THIRD time you see the IN (left turn)
- Run 2-7: 2.2 Laps: Go IN the THIRD time you see the IN (left turn)
- Run 8: 2.6 Laps: Go IN the THIRD time you see the WALL BALL IN (right turn)
- Farmer’s Carry: You must complete 2 LOOPS of the farmer’s carry course

Mixed Doubles Highlights
Meg Jacoby is making her HYROX return after being sidelined with an injury for more than 6 months. She competed on March 29th at the ESN Hybrid Games at Forders Gym in Birmingham, taking the win in Womens Pro. She was over 2 minutes faster than second place finisher, Ida Mathilde Steensgaard.
Meg is teaming up with HYROX veteran Lukas Storath to race Mixed Doubles on Friday at 3:20pm local time.

Men’s Pro
Alex Roncevic ran away with the Men’s Pro division at HYROX Cologne with an impressive time of 54:43. Alex hasn’t competed at the last few majors, but he just showed that he’s still in tip top shape. Alex currently holds the top qualifying spot for the 2025 HYROX World Championship in June.

Mixed Doubles
2024 World Champion, Meg Jacoby, in her first HYROX race since October before she had surgery, teamed up with Lukas Storath (2019 champion), and ran a 51:08 in mixed doubles on Friday. Meg proved she’s still at the top of her game, even after not racing for six months.
Veteran Elite 15 athletes Tim Wenisch & Antje Hardes also teamed up, currently holding the 2nd spot with a time of 54:16—over 3 full minutes slower than Meg & Lukas 🤯.
Elite 15 athlete Linda Meier teamed up with Steffen Dachtler and put up a time of 55:42, good enough for the third spot on the podium.

Men’s Pro Doubles
189 Men’s Pro Doubles teams competed at HYROX Cologne. HYROX veteran and 2021 World Champion, Tobias Lautwein, found himself atop the podium with teammate Christof Brenner.
Tobias & Christof teamed up again with Jendrik Brügmann and Timo Tekolf in the Men’s Relay, and finished first out of 31 teams. Their relay time was 51:34, 3 minutes faster than the second place men’s team.

Prize Money
There is no prize money for 2025 HYROX Cologne winners. In the 2024/25 season, only the 4 major races and the World Championships award prize money to top finishers.
