Women’s Pro Doubles

The top 2 teams were neck and neck for most of the race, often entering each station within seconds of each other. It was a battle all the way to the end, and only 25 seconds separated first from second. What a race!

51 female teams finished in the Pro Doubles category. The following teams all receive an invite to the 2025 HYROX World Championships in the Elite 15 Pro Doubles race.

  • 6th place – Jessi Smith & Lauren Stallwood
  • Meg Jacoby came down with a stomach bug so her and Camilla Massa did not race. They are racing in London to try and qualify in the final qualification event of the season for Pro Doubles. Camilla Massa raced in the Women’s Open division without a timing chip, so you won’t find her time on the leaderboard.
  • It appears as though Nicole Mericle dropped out last minute and was replaced by Marianne Flannery. However, the team of Rebecca Hammond & Marianne Flannery do not have a time posted. I’m assuming they didn’t end up racing.
  • Kat Fahsbender & Kelsey Hochleitner dropped out of the race. We believe Kelsey was struggling with the heat.

Men’s Pro Doubles

Rich Ryan & Pelayo Fernendez finished first in a time of 48:31, but they were originally given a 3-minute penalty, bumping them off the podium. However, the penalty was taken off just a few minutes later, and now they are back in first. We don’t know what the penalty was for or how/why it was removed. 48:31 is a new world record for the HYROX Men’s Pro Doubles division 🏆.

The second place team of Ryan Kent & Rylan Schadegg also went under the previous world record time, finishing in 49:51.

The Sutherland brothers took a trip across the pond and it paid off. The team from the UK took the third and final qualifying spot for the 2025 World Championships.

The following teams all receive an invite to the 2025 HYROX World Championships in the Elite 15 Pro Doubles race.
