Long-time CrossFit training group, The Progrm, just launched a new HYROX training program called “HYROX Preparation Course.” It’s available for purchase on The Progrm’s website for a one-time fee of €59.99 (~$65 USD).

As far as we know, they are the first CrossFit training camp to offer training specifically targeted at HYROX athletes.

What to Expect in the HYROX Course

According to their website, you can expect to learn key strategies for optimizing your performance in each of the 8 HYROX challenges:

Site supported by:

Ice Barrel 500, man getting into cold plunge
  • Sled push
  • Sled pull
  • Burpees
  • Lunges
  • Ski
  • Row
  • Wall ball
  • Farmer’s carry

More specifically, the course will provide:

  • 4 training sessions per week for 6 weeks
  • Detailed video tutorials with drills and progressions for tackling the 8 HYROX stations

Editor’s note: It’s interesting that they left out the ninth, and most important, station of them all—running. Most athletes will spend more time running than on all other 8 stations combined. There is no mention of running in their course description.

Correction: They mention “tips to improve your running technique and performance” further down the page in a small bullet point, but they failed to mention it in their main course description.

The Progrm will provide feedback on technique, and help to make sure you are performing the movements safely and efficiently.

The HYROX Preparation Course is suitable for athletes of all levels.
