HYROX Boston Run Club
Dimensions Physical Therapy in East Cambridge, MA became an official HYROX training club in June 2024, and promptly started the HYROX Boston Run Club in July 2024.
Organized by Sarah O’Reilly, PT, DPT, the Boston Run Club meets on weekend mornings at various tracks in the Boston area.
Joining the club requires you to submit your email and sign a waiver, but participation is completely free. All you have to do is show up and Sarah will have a HYROX-style workout waiting for you. They post updates in their Slack community as to the dates, times, and location of their meetups.
Workouts focus on compromised running and include many of the common HYROX movements, like sandbag lunges, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, etc.
HYROX PFT in Boston
As of September 2025, there are no HYROX PFT events in the Boston area. You can check the HYROX PFT site for an up-to-date lists of events.
