HYROX has a long history in London, hosting multiple events at two prominent locations in the city—London Olympia & Excel London.
HYROX is coming back to London Excel in December for a 4-day celebration of fitness. Mark your calendars for December 4-7, 2025 for the next HYROX event in London. Tickets go on sale Friday 6th June.

Venues
HYROX London has historically been hosted in two locations. London Excel hosted the first HYROX event in London back in 2021, and have continued their partnership through 2025. The Olympia venue hosted its first HYROX in 2023 and has been a staple venue every year since.

London Olympia
Olympia Events, sometimes referred to as the Olympia Exhibition Centre, is an exhibition centre, event space and conference centre in West Kensington, in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, London, England.
HYROX events held at London Olympia include:
- 2025 HYROX London Olympia (May 3-5) – 3-day event
- 2024 HYROX London Olympia (May 4-6) – 3-day event
- 2023 HYROX London Olympia (April 30 – May 1) – 2-day event
Excel London
Excel London is an international exhibition and convention centre in the Custom House area of Newham, East London. The facility is situated on a 100-acre site on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, located between Canary Wharf and London City Airport.
HYROX events held at Excel London include:
- 2025 HYROX London Excel (Dec 4-7) – Tickets go on sale Friday, 6th June in two waves – 12pm and 5pm local time.
- 2024 HYROX London Excel (Nov 29 – Dec 1) – 3-day event
- 2023 HYROX London Excel (Nov 25-26) – 2-day event
- 2022 HYROX London Excel (Nov 19) – race map
- 2022 HYROX London Excel (April 30)

2025 HYROX London Olympia (May 3-5)
2025 HYROX London Olympia was the 5th and final qualification opportunity for Pro Doubles teams to make it to the Elite 15 Pro Doubles. The top 3 male & female teams earned their spot in the new Elite 15 Pro Doubles category at the 2025 HYROX World Championships in Chicago. Those athletes were:
