This past week saw two HYROX events in Europe (and some incredibly fast times). Rich Ryan & Ryan Kent joined Nick Bare for some HYROX training to prep Nick for Dallas in a few weeks. DEKA released two new dates for 2025, both including the DEKA FIT Ultra distance (5x DEKA FIT).
The 6th annual Rogue Invitational is happening this weekend, alongside a lesser-known but high-level CrossFit comp down in Tempe, AZ, hosted at Arizona State University.

- Kris Rugloski puts a pause on climbing mountains and goes “all in” on HYROX through the end of the year. She’s hitting doubles in Chicago & Dallas, and flying solo in Anaheim.

A first-time event at this location in Poland took place on Nov 2nd & 3rd. Rox Lyfe has a nice write-up on the event, and Hybrid Fitness Media interviewed the Women’s Pro winner, Lucy Proctor.
Lucy is working with one of the best in the game, Meg Jacoby, so watch out for this 20-year-old up and comer.

Rogue Invitational (Scotland)
The 6th annual Rogue Invitational is happening now through November 10th in Aberdeen, Scotland. It will continue its tradition of showcasing the biggest names in CrossFit and Strongman for a weekend of competition and community.
Watch former CrossFit Games champions Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr and Laura Horvath take on Haley Adams, Danielle Brandon, and Brooke Wells. Former men’s champions Jeff Adler, James Sprague, and Justin Medeiros battle Dallin Pepper, Pat Vellner, Ricky Garard, and Brent Fikowski.

Desert City Classic (Tempe, AZ)
The Desert City Classic is a 3-day CrossFit competition programmed by Scott Panchik, featuring individual & team competitions.
Over 500 athletes will gather at the Sun Devil Fitness Complex on Arizona State University’s campus in Tempe, AZ this weekend (Nov 8th to 10th). The Elite division is invite-only and RX & Intermediate divisions included an online qualifier. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top Elite finishers.
