DEKA FIT Divisions
There are 5 divisions within each DEKA FIT event.
- Open: Open to all levels
- Age Group: Eligible for Age Group recognition
- Elite: Eligible for prizes & monetary rewards
- DEKA FIT Ruck: Weight implement (30lb male, 20lb female) required to be weighed in & out. All rucks or backpacks are allowed. No weight vests.
- Team: Teams of 2 (female, male, coed) divide and conquer the DEKA FIT arena. Learn more about DEKA FIT teams.

For all 2023 DEKA FIT events, the following payouts are provided to athletes in the elite heats, for first, second, and third place:
